3.CUX-IV Automatic Abrasive Delivery System

Introduced advanced international technology, designed according to international safety standard, store the abrasive for waterjet machine and deliver abrasive to abrasive cup at numerical control working platform automatically. Stand out the automatic function of SUNRISE, reach the design ideal of improve working efficiency and alleviate working intension of operator, so far our company is the only manufacturer who had mature technology.

High delicacy inductor and signal lamp can clew operator when will add the abrasive to the tank.

Big capacity abrasive tank can offer the abrasive for cutting for about 500 to 800 minutes continually. No need add abrasive frequency.

4. Numerical Control servo machine tool.

Adopt cantilever structure. XY axis boll screw via elasticity coupling connect with motor directly, reduce libration, transmission precision more higher.

Load and unload workpiece from three direction. It solve the problem in overpass machine which can only load and unload the material from two side and limit the dimension of the material. It can put larger workpiece in bed of cantilever machine which can larger than the bed of the machine. During the process of running , it will not have the problem which two boll screw is out-of step , and it will not owning to the unbalanced pressure on synchro strop which will cause breakage of machine so that it cant insure the precision of cutting.

Adopt high grade servo drive system,ball screw and guidway is also adopt international brand. X axis adopt the boll screw which diameter is 50mm, ensure the whole machine can transmission steady

Select high grade dustproof equipment.The life of dustproof equipment we select is more the three times than ordinary ones.

5.   Zero range hand-hold machine tool controllers

     Hand-hold machine tool controller is used for control the remove of axis X, Y, Z took to the machine side by operator.

     Hand-hold machine tool controller has multiplying factor switch, which can adjust the running speed. Brings convenient for operation and orientation ,it cant bring mistaken of the distance between orientation processing and cutting head with of workpiece because of long distance between machine console and machine tool.  

6. CAD/CAM system and transmitting software

Adopt domestic advanced 320DM numerical control system,high light LCD display,mode of menu with English and Chinese can switch optional, offer the interactive interface to customs,Feedrate can achieve adjustment of magnification at any time. Hanging electronic hand wheel can find the correct line for cutting in near distance.

Via COMUSB interface and PC or U disk for interface directly,and have the function for diagnose the trouble.

l        Adopt PLC control of SIEMENS,which have higher reliability, stronger anti-jamming, more simple maintenance.

Owning internationally advanced automatic programming CAD/CAM software of waterjet machine, which developed by ourselves.

1. It can be compatible with many format of drawing design software in international,such as ASCIGSDXFDWGSTLNFLPRTSTEP and so on.

2.It has the function of automatic radius compensation of cutter, automatic entering lead-in line, automatic calculate the length of cut line and full automatic jacking (namely given the dimension of semi-finished product and the quantity of semi-finished product which is needed, software will arrange the best drawing of site automatically, which can save time and materials compared with software which isnt have the function)
